We stand with our military community, recognizing that the wounds of service aren’t always visible. Suicide does not discriminate—regardless of branch, rank, gender, or background. Through this event, we’re committed to rewriting the conversation around mental health and breaking the stigma that keeps so many from seeking help.

Heat 1: 9:00 am
Heat 2: 10:30 am
Be sure to select your correct time slot when registering tickets, heat 1 or heat 2.
1000X Step Ups completed as a team, partner, or individual for time.
4 OPTIONS: You can go solo or share steps with a friend.
1. SLICK/BEGINNER: No rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
2. STANDARD/INTERMEDIATE: 30#/20# rucksack. You pick the height of the step-ups.
3. EXPERT: 45# rucksack. Use 20” box for step-ups.
4. SPECTATE: Just contribute, come show your support, and enjoy community, fellowship, and food
