Jason Turner
Founder | Chief Human Change Architect, LMSW
Jason Turner is a veteran, Tillman Scholar, LMSW, and the founder of e-motion wellness®—a mental health and addiction treatment program built on a simple but disruptive premise: physiology drives psychology.
Over more than two decades in behavioral health, Jason has worked with adolescents and adults across diverse clinical settings, gaining a clear view of both the strengths and the consistent failures of the traditional model. Too often, treatment has focused on conversation and insight while overlooking the biological systems that drive behavior—an approach that leaves many people stuck despite their best efforts.
An athlete and neuroscience-focused practitioner, Jason has spent his career challenging that model and rebuilding it from the inside out. His work is grounded in the brain's evolutionary wiring, learning mechanisms, and natural capacity for adaptation and repair.
By integrating movement, environment, nervous system regulation, and daily structure, Jason has developed evidence-informed, physiology-driven protocols that target the patterns sustaining addiction and mental health challenges—not just the symptoms. His approach is designed to bridge the gap between understanding and action, creating change that shows up in real life.
Jason's mission is direct: help people reclaim their lives using methods that work with the brain—not against it.
